THE PRINCE’S FAVORITE COCKTAILS

With the launch of our new collection for VS, VSOP, and XO grade spirits,
we wanted to offer you a new cocktail menu.

Naturally, the versatility and complexity of our eaux-de-vie blends
very well with other cocktails.

Ingredients:
See the ingredients
  • 1,5 oz Polignac VS
  • 2 oz Champagne brut or sparkling white wine
  • 1 oz soda water
  • 2,5 oz strawberries juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 lime wheel
  • A few mint leaves
Préparation :

  1. Step by step, add straight into your balloon glass the strawberry juice, the ice cubes, the soda water, the champagne, then simple syrup and finally the cognac.
  2. Stir the whole mixture with a barspoon or a stirrer.
     
  3. For the final touches, garnish the glass with strawberries, a lime wheel, an orange peel and few mint leaves.

  • 2 oz Polignac VSOP
  • 2/3 dashes of bitters or orange bitters
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Option : a dash of fresh orange juice
  • Ice cubes or a block of ice

  1. Straight in your tumbler glass, pour step by step the bitters, the simple syrup, the cognac and dash of orange juice. Then add some ice cubes or a block of ice
  2. Stir the whole mix with a barspoon or a stirrer.
  3. Garnish your glass with an orange peel.

A refreshing and sparkling cocktail signature

Ingredients:
See the ingredients
  • 1,5 oz Polignac VSOP ORGANIC
  • Sparkling grape juice
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Préparation :

  1. Pour the cognac in a long drink glass
  2. Add the sparkling grape juice
  3. Garnish with the fresh sprig of rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 oz of Polignac XO
  • 1,5 oz heavy cream
  • ¾ oz dark cacao cream
  • Nutmeg
  • Ice cubes
Préparation :

  1. In a shaker, add step by step, dark cacao cream, heavy cream and then the cognac.
    Fill the shaker with ice cubes, and close it.
  2. Shake it vigorously for 20 seconds. Then, pour the cocktail with a strainer into a large coupe glass.
     
  3. Finally, grate the nutmeg above the glass or add nutmeg powder, and top with a cinnamon stick for garnish.
